we want you to be over the moon with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of delivery. please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Return Process

  start your return

  visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  print your label

  follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label, which will be sent directly to the email address associated with your order.

• 3.
  pack it up

  securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  get your refund

  once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
